Before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been packed or handed to our delivery partner, we will try to cancel it.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for eligible post-delivery requests.
Refunds
Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
